Hi everyone, this is Holly! I am going to keep you posted on how Courtney is doing. I have never done a blog before, so hopefully this will go well. : ) Courtney had her second cerebral embolism today. This is what we refer to as the "gluing" procedure. The first one was on July 1st. The doctor said that things went well and he got most of the vessels except for some of the smaller ones that the surgeon will be able to remove tomorrow. He was happy with the end results, so that is great! Courtney is recovering in the neuro ICU now. This time around she still has the bad headache, but we are keeping on top of the pain and nausea medication which is making her feel better. We think that she is doing much better than last time!

Tomorrow is her brain surgery where they will remove all of the AVM and the surrounding tissues. The surgery is scheduled for 11:45. I will keep you posted on how things go. Take care and thank you for your love and concern!! : )

Courtney, You are a rock girl. I am praying for you. Hailey still talks about you. I realized, after looking at the YW roster, that you and Hailey have the same birthday. Isn't that special:) Hang in there.

Holly, I know that we left so fast. Our offer on the short sale was accepted so fast, we were expecting it to take months. We prayed hard about this home and feel that this is where we belong. I do miss the ward and feel like I didn't get to say many goodbyes:( On our last sunday I was at the insta-care with Olivia. Anyway, your family was an amazing example to us. Im glad you found my blog. I will add Courtney's link to mine and check in on how she is doing.
always,
