What a long day this has been! Poor Court got stuck so many times that the mention of another needle sends her blood pressure skyrocketing. That is not a good thing after surgery because they are keeping her blood pressure really low to make it easy on the vessels in her brain.
Courtney was in surgery from 12:55 to about 5:30. The doctor said that everything went well. Layne and I were confused by one thing that he said and that was whether he got the whole thing out or not.
Recovery tonight has been really rough. Hopefully tomorrow will be better! Goodnight

Courtney - Hang in there and know that there are so many people praying for you! We wish you a smoother recovery today and hope you start feeling better soon. We will keep praying for you and your whole family.

Get better soon, we are thinking about you :) And just yell at your nurses if they try to stick another needle in your arm ;) or better yet when mayra and I come down we'll do it for ya! haha Hopefully you will have a smooth and fast recovery. Courtney-Good idea on the blog. I know that it wasn't a way fun story to tell about your hair, but I bet it felt good to tell it! The good thing about hair is that it does grow back, now you will just have to have a cute bob cut while it does...maybe! Anyhow stay cute and stay as positive as possible. We will be gone next week, but if you are in the hospital for long, let me know if you want visitors and we will come when we are back in town. I am sure I could go on and on and on and on, but just know you are trooper and very much loved and supported!
